Return and Refund Policy – Bedsheet Products
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items damaged due to manufacturing defects are eligible for return or replacement, even if the return request is made after the initial 15 days, subject to verification.
- Custom or personalized bedsheets are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
- Customers must email Bedbathandblisss@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Our customer support team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
- Once the return is approved, customers are required to ship the product back using a secure courier service. Return shipping charges may apply, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- In cases where the original payment method is not available, the refund will be issued as store credit.
- Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or pattern changes, subject to product availability.
- Customers must follow the same return process for exchanges.
- Any difference in price between the original and new product will be billed or refunded accordingly.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- Customers should report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof of damage, such as clear photos, may be requested.
- A replacement or refund will be issued once the claim is verified.
